Can I try Ceylo before I pay?

Ceylo is free to download and stays usable on a free tier, and the 14-day trial unlocks everything. Nothing is hidden behind the purchase that you could not test first. That is deliberate: we would rather you know before you pay.

What is the Ceylo refund policy?

If Ceylo is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it. No form, no interrogation. One line about what went wrong helps us fix it, but it is not a condition.

Refunds are issued through our payment provider, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to appear.

How do I cancel a Ceylo subscription?

You can cancel a Ceylo subscription any time from your account page at ceylo.live/account/. Sign in with the email address you bought with and we send you a link; there is no password. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used periods, and we do not refund earlier periods that were used.

When does the Ceylo refund policy not apply?

The Ceylo refund policy does not cover repeat refunds on the same product, or purchases made to redistribute or resell the app. Statutory rights you have where you live are not affected by anything on this page.

How do I ask for a Ceylo refund?
